Job Description

• Study hospital system functions to gain a clear understanding.
• Study the existing operations of users and gather all required data or reports from users and management.
• Analyze business needs, gather requirements, incorporate system constraints, and propose practical technical solutions.
• Handle all pre- and post-development implementation flows, including communication with stakeholders, designing solutions, determining technical challenges, and supporting production deployment.
• Coordinate closely with developers during system development.
• Design and develop hospital system specifications and flow diagrams (FDs).
• Prepare related technical documents, ERDs, and function specifications.
• Collaborate with users, designers, and developers to deliver features in a timely manner.
• Support solution of issues by analyzing source system data models and determining the optimum approach to obtain data required for related business requirements.
• Support the system integration testing process.

Job Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. At lease 0-3 years of working experience in Business Analyst. (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
3. Experience designing Hospital system is a plus.
4. Experience with Figma and Fig Jam is a plus.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
